Thoubal, December 20 2024: The Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Thoubal has informed all concerned that the District Yuva Utsavs which was scheduled to be held at Kakching and Thoubal district will be cancelled.

A release issued by the Convenor, Yuva Utsav Committee, Thoubal has stated that the Secretary, Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt of India through the State Director, NYKS Manipur has directed not to conduct District Yuva Utsavs where concerned State Youth Affairs Department has already conducted District Youth Festival.
