Imphal, April 20 2025: Indian Army celebrated Easter Sunday at Makhan, P Moulding, Chingmang and New Cannan villages as part of its commitment towards community engagement and inclusive celebrations.

The event witnessed interactions and distribution of sweets among villagers, fostering a spirit of togetherness and goodwill.

This celebration shared the joy of Easter, a festival symbolising hope, renewal and compassion, while reinforcing bonds of trust and harmony, a release by PRO Defence said.

The release continued that residents of all age groups participated with enthusiasm making the event a memorable one.
