Imphal, August 03 2025: Police arrested one Thoungamba Keisham (23) of Wangkhei Mayur Leirak Machin on the charge of stopping a minor girl en-route to a school in Uripok area and flashing obscene pictures from his mobile phone.

According to Manipur Police Control Room, a police team rounded up Thoungamba based on a complaint that an unknown person stopped a minor girl on her way to school in Uripok area and showed her some obscene pictures from mobile phone on Saturday.

A case under POC-SO Act has been registered for further investigation, it added.
