Financial aid provided to home guards

Imphal, May 27 2024:
In a commendable display of solidarity and compassion, the Manipur Home Guard Employees Welfare Association (MHGEWA) on Monday distributed financial assistance of Rs 1 Lakh each under the Home Guard Welfare Scheme to 2 retired home guards and families of 3 deceased home guards.
The financial assistance was provided in an event held at the office of MHGEWA in Luwangsangbam, Imphal East.
MHGEWA president Y Mangi Singh also attended the event along with other members of the association.
