Imphal, January 27 2023: Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Minister Khashim Vashum visited Manaowon R who sustained injuries in a bomb blast at Gandhi Chowk, Ukhrul district headquarters.

Khashim Vashum visited Manaowon R at JNIMS yesterday and he also presented a sum of money to the victim to help her treatment.

Manaowon R w/o Gaidimlung of Khoupum Satudai village, Noney district, presently staying at Phungreitang, Ukhrul district headquarters sustained injuries on the left hand and abdomen.

Manaowon was brought to JNIMS after she was given first aid at Ukhrul district hospital.

Altogether four persons including Manaowon sustained injuries in the bomb blast which took place at around 5 pm of January 25 .
