Imphal, December 26 2013: Director (ICM) K Joychandra, Agri-culture Officer (H&SC) K Devdutta Sharma and Assistant Professor of COA (CAU) Dr Bireshwar Sinha have been elected president, secretary and treasurer of the nine-member office bearers of the Alumni Association of Agriculture Culture (AAACI) at the first general body meeting of the Association held on December 25 at ICM, Lamphelpat.

Moreover, the GB approved nomination of ICAR Principal Scientist Dr I Meghachandra Singh, Head (Agron) of COA/CAU Dr L Nabachandra Singh, Research Scientist of Sembiosys Genetic Inc., (Canada) Dr Gunamani Oinam and DAO (Assam) Th Shantikumar Singh as members of the AAACI's advisory committee.
