CoTU decries Cabinet resolutions

Kangpokpi, November 19 2024:
A reqent Cabinet resolution has drawn sharp criticism from the Committee on Tribal Unity (CoTU), which has accused the State Government of being complicit in the ongoing conflict.
CoTU asserted that the resolutions taken yesterday has sparked tension.
It claimed that the resolutions taken in absence of 10 Kuki MLAs include contentious measures such as the withdrawal of AFSPA from areas under six police stations and the abrogation of SoO agreement signed with Kuki-Zo outfits.
