Kakching school opens Eco Club

Kakching, April 20 2025: With the aim of fostering environmental awareness and encouraging students to protect the nature, an Eco Club has been established at Padma Ratna English School, Kakching.

The inauguration of the Eco Park held at the school was attended by Divisional Forest Officer, Chandel Dr Naorem Munal Meitei as special guest and resource person, school principal Thokchom Jiten Singh, School Managing Committee president Pukhrambam Rankumar, other committee members, as well as the teaching and non-teaching staff.

As part of the event, tree plantation activities were carried out around the school's campus.
