Office bearers of Shumang Leela elected

Imphal, July 08 2024: Manipur State Shumang Leela Council held a meeting of its management committee on Sunday and elected new executive members for the term 2024-2028.Laishram Tomba has been elected as Council president, Salam Muktabali Leima, Hawaibam Budhi Singh and Jitenkumar Naorem as vice presidents, Yumnam Nilachandra Singh as secretary, Iboyaima Khuman and Y Somita Devi asjoint secretaries, and Lamabam Premila Leima as treasurer.

During the meeting, a two-minute silence was observed as a mark of respect to former Art and Culture director and Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen Construction Committee convenor Dr Kh Sorojini Devi.
