AR promotes Covid appropriate behaviour

Imphal, June 26 2021: Khoupum Battalion under the aegis of IGAR (South) organised a COVID-19 Appropriate Behaviour at Satudai, Daithaolong and Ghatao villages of Khoupum Valley yesterday.

Due to the recent resurgence of COVID -19, locals were briefed about the variants and symptoms of COVID -19, significance of social distancing and proper sanitisation, said a press release by Assam Rifles.

During the event, hand sanitizers, face masks and medicines were distributed to the villagers.

The event was organised with adequate social distancing following all COVID-19 protocols, added the statement.
