Imphal, March 31 2016: In a yet another wake up call for engineers and work agency assigned in the construction of Mini Secretariat at the district HQs, the concrete ceiling of SP office collapses for the second time in two years.

The room was utilized by some police officials for cleri- cal works.

According to source, the incident happened at around 1pm on March 28. The concrete ceiling collapsed on a table and damaged some items including lighting mate- rials.

Fortunately, no injury was reported.

From poor window fram- ing to unattended electrical and furniture works, the room has also suffered a crack due to January 4 earthquake.
