Imphal, August 29: The armed group KRA (U) has claimed responsibility for a firing a lethod shell at the residence of FCS MinisterY Erabot yesterday.

A press release issued by the outfit's publicity secretary Lenin CH disclosed that the attack was carried to teach the Minister allegedly for his arrogance and abuse words used against some of the party cadres who went for a talk with the Minister about two months back.

Stating that the outfit would not stop its action against the Minister, it conveyed that stringent actions would be initiated against all those agents who helped Erabot got elected in Assembly elections.

It further said that the outfit would not negotiate on the matter as time for negotiation is already over.
