AR conducts Covid awareness drive

Kangpokpi, July 27 2021: COB Motbung of Jwalamukhi Battalion of 22 Sector AR/IGAR (E) conducted awareness drive on Covid-19 in Kangpokpi and Imphal West districts considering the surge in Covid infections.

The drive focused on reaching out to far-flung villages or settlements to keep the people updated on the Covid-19 related guidelines and advisories.

The villagers were later provided masks and encouraged to get vaccinated and their families at the earliest while list of eligible vaccination centres in the district were also provided to the chiefs of various villages.
