Imphal, July 02 2021: Federation of Haomee has appealed the Government to not leave the Aimol tribe in the process for opening 11th IRB Battalion in the area as they are also an important party in the area concerned.

In a statement issued today; Federation of Haomee said sidelining of minority communities has happened in the past and it should not be repeated as they constitute an important part of the history of the state.

The Federation of Haomee also appealed the Government to conduct a new survey to demarcate the area of settlement and population of minority communities and take up necessary steps to protect them.
