Will try to vaccinate all in Singjamei AC: Khemchand

Imphal, July 07 2021: Manipur Legislative Assembly speaker and Singjamei AC MLA Y Khemchand has informed that the vaccination rate in the constituency is rising at a significant rate.

Speaking on the sidelines of a Covid-19 vaccination programme organised at the premises of Waikhom Leikai Athletic Club on Tuesday, the speaker said that the ongoing vaccination drive is being organised for the eighth time.

So far, 2000 people have been vaccinated till date and more will be vaccinated in the days to come.

He then urged all to get vaccinated so as to stay protected from the third wave of the pandemic.

During the programme, both the speaker and his wife Joybala Yumnam got their second dose of the vaccine.
