The Association for paona Memorial Arts and Rural Development Services , Wangkhem, Thoubal would be organising a three-day State level Chingmee-Tammee Cultural Festival from January 12 to 14 at Paona Memorial Complex, Thoubal Wangkhem under the theme "Peace, Integrity and Development of Manipur", said a release.
