Fire damages house, shop in Bishnupur

Bishnupur, November 02 2024: A fire broke out at around 8:30 am on Saturday in Bishnupur Maning Ward No 3 damaging a house and an attached shop.

The property belonged to Loukrakpam Mikei, son of L Budhichandra.

The fire caused extensive damage, consuming various items in the shop as well as household belongings.

As the flames spread, a team from the Bishnupur Fire Service and personnel from Bishnupur police station, along with neighbours worked together to extinguish the fire and helped in salvaging items from the house.
