Imphal, April 02 2023: The number of active Covid cases in Manipur has increased to 2 after one more person tested positive while testing 13 samples yesterday.

The infected is a 22 year old person from Checkon, Imphal East.

The Government bulletin clarified that it actually was two persons who tested Covid positive yesterday, including the PG student of JNIMS.

No doses of Covid vaccine were administered yesterday.

The cumulative figure of Covid cases now stands at 139926 of which 2144 died due to complications.
