Thoubal/Senapati, February 04 2023: Department of Higher Education, Government of Manipur in collaboration with Hitachi MGRM Net Ltd has been carrying out campus interviews for local graduates in several colleges of the State.

Don Bosco College (Autonomous) Maram had the privilege to host the said campus recruitment drive for the four colleges of Senapati namely Hill College, Mt Everest College, Don Bosco College, Maram & Asufii Christian Institute, Mao.

A total of 113 candidates registered online and 74 attended the campus interview.

Final year and passed out students also took part in this campus interview.

Three panels of professionals evaluated the students' strength and ability during the camp.

The management, staff and students expressed their gratitude to the Directorate of Higher Education under Dr Rangitabali Waikhom for the important initiative and opportunity provided to the students.

The Hitachi MGRM Net Ltd will train local graduates on educational platforms and project implementation skills which will make them ready for the corporate world.

The expert trainers would provide training on the platform through theoretical, practical and on-job ground level implementation training.

After the end of the internship programme, students will be awarded a 'Certificate of Training' by the organisation.

The company will also place selected candidates on permanent rolls for suitable jobs and opportunities within the organisation.

A similar campus recruitment drive was also held at Waikhom Mani Girls College (WMG) in Thoubal Okram on Friday.

Officials from Hitachi MGRM Net Ltd including its general manager, Ruchika Gupta; senior general manager, Prochi Dhiman Jain; Pllab Barma and Rahul Laishram along with principal of WMG College, professor H Manoranjan Sharma took part in the event.

At the event, Professor H Manoranjan stated that the campus recruitment drive was conducted for the 5 colleges in Thoubal district namely Waikhom Mani Girls College, YK College Wangjing, Thoubal College, Lilong Haoreibi College and Regional College Lilong Chajing.

He also expressed his gratitude to the State Government and Hitachi MGRM Net Ltd for the initiative.
