Refuting the allegation that MSCP president Th Chaoba, MP was dropped from the Union Council of Ministers due to the pressure of the State unit Samata Party as false and baseless, the State unit general secretary Md Mujibur Rahman Khan has stated that the MSCP's claim could be an attempt to mislead the public and take a political mileage while concealing its weakness.
The Samata Party did not give any kind of pressure to the Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee for the removal of Chaoba from the Union Council of Ministers, he clarified with a claim to have confirmed it from the national leaders of the party.
The MSCP's allegation was as such false and concocted, he added.
