A 19 yr old Delhi University student Pausuanlal Hangzo ( alias Kevin ) from Manipur, died on 22nd August night at Fortis Hospital in South Delhi.
He was diagnosed with Dengue with multiple organ failure.
The body will be flown home tomorrow by an Indigo flight in the morning and the funeral service will be held at Pearsonmun in Churachandpur.
The number of Dengue cases in the capital is the highest in the last six years, according to reports in the media here, Delhi.
It was reported that following the heavy downpour, water remained clogged and the piling of waste from the construction sites of the Commonwealth games is contributing to the spread of Dengue.
35 new cases of Dengue were reported on Sunday, bringing the total number of infected persons to 419 .
The Delhi Government has launched a 12-hour special helpline � (011)22307145 , which will remain operational from 8 am to 8 pm.
It also issued awareness leaflets and urged people not to panic.
