Imphal, October 25 2024: For the first time, Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, has been designated as a centre for conducting the DrNB Final Practical Part-I Part-B Examination conducted by National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), New Delhi.

In a release, RIMS PRO informed that the designation marks a significant achievement for candidates of Manipur and from north-eastern states.

It will also significantly reduce travel and related expenses if the said exam was scheduled at major cities, it added.

Reminding that the examination is scheduled for October 26, the release appealed to candidates to report to the examination centre at RIMS Sushruta Hall (near Jubilee Hall) by 8 am .
