Imphal, October 24 2021: Intending candidate from Patsoi assembly constituency in the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election Wahengbam Dineshchandra has said that it is the right of the people to elect qualified representative.

People of Patsoi Part-2 Awang Leikai Polling Station 19/5 convened a meeting on Saturday evening to declare their support to Wahengbam Dineshchandra at Patsoi Part-2 Awang Leikai community hall wherein a booth level committee was also formed.

Addressing the gathering at the meet, Wahengbam Dineshchandra said that Patsoi AC remains one of the least developed constituencies of the state despite locating in the periphery of Imphal as successive elected representatives in the past as well as the present one neglected the people and failed to take up development works.

Patsoi AC is lagging behind its neighbouring constituencies by around 20 years, he said and appealed to people of the constituency to elect qualified representative who could work in the interest of the people and bring development in the constituency.

After the end of the meet, Dineshchandra distributed gifts for the upcoming Ningol Chakkouba festival.
