MDA celebrates 36th foundation Day

Imphal, December 13 2022: Mayaikoibi Development Association (MDA) celebrated its 36th Foundation Day at Kwakeithel Mayaikoibi Ningthoujam Leikai on Tuesday.

The celebration was attended by Patsoi AC MLA Sapam Kunjakeswor, MDA president Moirangthem Hemant, 2nd MR CO Yengkhom Victoria, Shiv Sena Manipur president M Tombi, Changangei ZP member Sinam Marjit, Sapam Leikai ZP pradhan Athokpam Bishwor-jit and journalist Salam Ranjan as presidium members.

Speaking on the occasion, MDA secretary Paonam Lokeshwar recounted that the Association has been working for the welfare of the locality with the support of the local MLA and elected representatives of the ZP.

He then said that the Association will continue to encourage students, players and talented personalities.

As part of the celebration, meritorious students of Class X and XII examinations were felicitated.

The elderly and those who contributed financial and material assistance in containing Covid-19 were also honoured.
