Birth anniversary of RK Kamaljit held

Imphal, October 25 2024: The 100th birth anniversary of social activist RK Kamaljit was observed by Bangladesh Manipuri Sahitya Shangshad (BAMSAS) at its Sapam Leikai in Sylet, Bangladesh office on Friday.

The function was attended by BAMSAS president AK Seram and secretary Nambram Shanker, Sylhet Sahitya Parishad president Palin Rai, Biswa Banga Sahitya-O-Sanskriti Parishad president Rahnama Shabir Chowdhuri Mani, vice president Senuyara Akhtar Chinu and Sylhet Lekhika Shangh general secretary Ishrat Jahan Zeli as presidium members.

The function was marked by offering of floral tributes, to the photo of RK Kamaljit and speeches on the life and works of the late social worker.
