Imphal, May 27 2024: Assam Rifles of Inspector General Assam Rifles (South), organised A Day with Company Commander' for school-going children of Songdoi village, Churachandpur district under the theme 'Healthy Body, Physical Fitness and Aspects of Armed Forces'.

In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that 75 students participated in the events engaging in various activities that emphasised the importance of physical fitness, a healthy body and understanding the role of the Armed Forces.

Activities included trekking, an interactive quiz, a meditation session and various games, which kept the children entertained and inspired a sense of patriotism and motivation for a positive future, it added.
