Dr Bhargava visits Angaan Ching Eco Park

Kakching, September 01 2024: Dr Mansee Bal Bhargava, who is visiting Manipur in connection with a tWo-day international workshop visited Angaan Ching Eco Park, Kakching on Sunday and took part in the regular Sunday Eco Club activities and also planted a 'Peepal' (sacred fig tree) at the Heritage Complex of the Park along with the volunteers.

Dr Bhargava, who has vast experience on water, gender and sustainable development issues, lauded the initiatives of Alliance for Development Alternatives-Manipur (ADAM) in transforming the once barren hill into a green zone through continuous effort/activities like regular Sunday Eco Club activities.

ADAM secretary and Angaan Ching Eco Park coordinator Surjit Kshetrimayum presented a Yes-SHE T-shirt to Dr Mansee on the occasion.
