Imphal, February 19 2025: Lions clubs of Canchipur Centurion (LCCC), Canchipur Greater (LCCG) and Canchipur Palace (LCCP) along with the district governor organised a meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD), as part of the district governor 's official visit, at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Manipur University on Wednesday.

The meeting was attended by District 322D district governor Th Kesho Singh as visiting chief guest, Region-III chairperson Memcha Khundongbam, Zone-V chairperson Sitol Leitanthem, LCCC president Angom Niyomani, LCCG president S Bhumeshwor and LCCP president Maibam Nodiyachand as the presidium members.

During the meeting, discussion were held on the Clubs' upcoming programmes, roles and responsibilities in various sectors including health, education and other sections.

It was followed by observance of a one-minute silence for world peace, followed by distribution of two sewing machines and two large umbrellas to select beneficiaries.
