Imphal, May 27 2024: Social and cultural activist Rakesh Naorem has been named among the recipients of the Indian Humanitarian award 2024 .

The award, sponsored by the Indian Book of Records based in Hyderabad, Telangana, has been presented in conjunction with World Humanitarian Day 2024.The decision to confer the award has made by Supreme Court of India advocate Dr DVNRSSS Vara Prasad and Indian Book of records adjudicator Dr Prabhani and is endorsed by Indian Book of records founder editor Dr Vevekananda.

Rakesh Naorem, who is also publicity secretary of Like Minded groups (LMG) Manipur, has been selected for the award in acknowledgment of his efforts towards the welfare of the public.
