On Wednesday, the Assam Rifles organised a mass yoga demonstration at Mantripukhri Garrison, with additional sessions at various company operating bases.
The International Yoga Day event commenced early in the morning with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
Professional yoga instructors led the sessions, ensuring that participants received proper guidance on different asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques.
