Bishnupur, July 09 2024: A one-day free health camp was organised on Tuesday by Nambol Bazar Women Vendors' Association in collaboration with Nambol Municipal Council (NMC) and Community Health Centre (CHC), Nambol for people affected by the recent flood and as a preventive measure against seasonal diseases.

During the camp conducted under the supervision of Department of Health and Family Welfare, a team led by Nambol CHC MO in-charge Dr Ojit Khaba along with three doctors, three nurses, one lab technician, two pharmacists and two councillors catered to requirements of over 200 people and provided medicines to those in need.

The programme was also attended by NMC EO L Suranjoy and Nambol Bazar Women Vendors' Association secretary H Kunjalata.
