Imphal, January 29 2022: After special judge POCSO fast track court, Manipur pronounced him guilty in a case relating to rape of a minor girl, the court on Saturday reserved the sentence hearing of Longjam Pinki till Monday.

Sentence hearing of Pinki was fixed for Saturday after the court pronounced him guilty during hearing of the case on Friday re-lating to a case of rape of a minor girl repeatedly from October, 2014 to June, 2015 .

Sentence hearing of Pinki could not be completed on Saturday and hence the court reserved the judgement on the quantum of punishment to be given and fixed next sentence hearing on Monday.

Earlier, the court heard statements of both the special PP and defence counsel and then fixed the next hearing of the case.
