World Diabetes Day observed at Chandel hospital

Kakching, May 14 2024: Non-Communicable Disease Cell of District Health Society, Chandel observed World Diabetes Day on Tuesday at the District Hospital, Chandel.

The observance function was attended by.

Chandel CMO and mission director of health society Dr Joyson Matthew Monsang as chief guest and medical superintendent of the district hospital Dr Serbum Shakchung Moyon as guest of honour.

The observance began with the keynote address delivered by assistant finance manager of Chandel NCD Cell K Surchandra, followed by a brief note about the observance by Chandel NCD district nodal officer Dr L Deben.

The function was attended by MOs, ANMs and staff of District Health Society Chandel besides ASHA workers, facilitators and health workers.
