Imphal, November 08 2024: BJP Manipur Pradesh ST Morcha commended chief minister N Biren, for appointment of Dr Chambo Gonmei as the health director.

In a statement, Morcha president Lanjaigai Kamei acknowledged continuous efforts of the chief minister for inclusive development and empowering the tribal community.

"This strategic appointment demonstrates CM Biren's commitment to enhancing healthcare services across the state," he noted.

The Morcha also exuded confidence that Dr Chambo Gonmei will work to bridge the gap between urban and rural healthcare services.

"Dr Gonmei's expertise will undoubtedly enhance the overall healthcare infrastructure, ensuring equitable access to quality Medicare care in every nook and comer of the state", it added.
