Imphal, May 14 2024: Assam Rifles celebrated Cultural Day at Shining Star School, Wayang, in Chandel district on Monday.

According to PRO IGAR(S),the event was a vibrant showcase of diversity, unity and heritage, brought together by students, faculty and community members in a celebration of cultural richness.

Held under the theme 'My Culture & My Identity', the event began with an opening prayer and speech by the chief guest while students performed traditional dances, music, and skits, showcasing their heritage through vibrant costumes and spirited performances.

Informing that Assam Rifles provided extensive material assistance for conducting the said event, the PRO said Assam Rifles is promoting development, trust, and partnerships through outreach programmes to inspire students to pursue empowerment, leadership, and service to their country.
