Expansion of Sangaipat PHC on the card: Satyabrata

Imphal, November 14 2022: Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker Th Satyabrata has confided that the government is discussing expansion and development of the Sangaipat PHC in Imphal East district in order to provide better healthcare services to the people of the area.

Attending as chief guest of the 57th foundation day of Brahmapur Social Club (BSC), Lalji Lakpa Leikai along with inauguration of a community hall of the club on Monday, Satyabrata said that expansion of the PHC will be taken up as soon as possible and people of the surrounding areas will get the benefits.

The Speaker also hailed the club for its contribution in voluntary service and bringing welfare to the people, and assured that he will extend whatever support he could to the club in its future activities.

Informing that most of the roads and streets in Yaiskul AC have been blacktopped except for a few, the local MLA assured further infrastructural development for the welfare of the public.

BSC president Loitongbam Leibaklei Devi presided over the function which was also attended by former IMC mayor Aribam Nimai, retired lecturer of Biramangol College Dr Takhelchangbam Nanaalal Sharma and BSC advisor Ningombam Nakou as guests of honour.
