Imphal, May 14 2024: Partha Mandal has taken charge of NABARD, Manipur Regional Office with effect from May 6.Mandal's appointment as the officer-in-charge heralds a new chapter in the agricultural and rural development in the state, leveraging his extensive 25-year background in the sector.

Expressing fervent dedication to Manipur's advancement, Mandal's proactive engagement, including meetings with chief secretary Dr Vineet Joshi underscores his commitment to the state's progress, informed a statement issued by assistant-general manager, NABARD, Manipur.

Emphasising collaborative endeavours to surmount shared challenges and bolster financial inclusivity, Mandal pledges to work closely with stakeholders on policy execution, capacity building, and knowledge dissemination.

This concerted approach signals a holistic strategy for fostering inclusive growth and ensuring the effective implementation of'development initiatives at the grassroots level, the statement added.
