SH/IMP/KAK, August 22 2016: A truck heading towards Imphal from Dimapur side was set ablaze at around 6 this evening near Keithelmanbi Cemetery along National Highway 2 by unknown miscreants suspected to be economic blockade volunteers along the highway.

Bandh supporters at Kakching bazar burnt tyres at different places thereby blocking the road.

Shops and markets downed shutters and passenger vehicles remained off the road at Kakching owing to the general strike.
