Anita, whose husband N Boby is suffering from depression, narrated that on Feb 11 she found her daughter Chaoba missing from home and went looking for her.
Upon reaching the house of one Yumnam Sobita, Anita claimed to have heard cries of Chaoba from inside.
As she went in, Anita found Ingocha holding Chaoba on his lap telling the mother that he was holding her due to affection and refused to let go the young girl.
Due to suspicion Anita managed to free her daughter from Ingocha's grasp only to spot that her (Chaoba's) clothes were wet subsequently resulting in the mother raising an alarm to which mother of the accused youth rushed in.
