Aid extended to C-zones, CHICs, CCC, Task Force

Several organisations and individuals continue to distribute edibles and other relief materials to people living in containment zones, CHICs, CCC, and to Covid Task Force in different parts of the state.
RK Fortune Developer Ltd managing director RK Rameshwor provided edibles at Taobungkhok Mayai Leikai while Punsi Shintha Pangba Lup (PUSPA) reached out to residents of Govindagram Mayai Leikai under Wangoi assembly constituency.
A team of Waiton Gram Panchayat led by its pradhan P Surbala distributed edibles, hand sanitizers and face masks to 108 volunteers of various Covid Task Forces formed under the GP.
Intending candidate from Kshetrigao AC Sheikh Nurul Hassan (Sanayai) provided hand sanitizers and masks to OYO Club Kongpal Iranpham Thonkha and monetary aid of Rs 20,000 to Covid-19 Isolation Centre Kongpal Kshetri Leikai on Tuesday.
BJP Manipur Pradesh special invitee and Bhubon Technical and Skill Development Private Limited chairman Naorem Nabachandra distributed edibles to 150 houses under containment zones in Kakching Municipal Council Ward no.10 and 11 on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Agenda Kakching (WhatsApp group) members including group admins Naorem Sanjitkumar, Kshetrimayum Biren Singh and Naorem Romesh Meitei among others handed over five B-type oxygen cylinders to Kakching deputy commissioner D Gangmei and chief medical officer Dr Thaodem Rajen Singh at DC Kakching Office on Tuesday for utilisation of the same by patients staying at Kakching Higher Secondary School Covid Care Centre.
The members also distributed face masks, hand sanitizers and sodium hypochlorite to various Community Home Isolation Centres of the district.
Similarly, Hiyanglam MLA Dr Radheshyam Yumnam on Tuesday provided two ambulances, three 10-litre capacity oxygen concentrators, PPE, oximeter, thermometer, hand gloves along with 100 sets of IV fluids to Langmeidong Higher Secondary School CHIC opened for Hiyanglam AC and monetary aid of Rs 1 lakh for buying a power generator for the soon to be opened JNV Sandumba Achouba Umathel CCC as well as t-shirt for volunteers.
The items were handed over by the MLA to DC D Gangmei, CMO Dr Thaodem Rajen and CHIC volunteers at Langmeidong Higher Secondary School CHIC.
Later, he distributed 1000 face masks to Kakching Khunou Covid Task Force.
Meanwhile, Kakching MLA Mayanglambam Rameshwar extended monetary aid to families of Covid-19 victims residing in Kakching Municipal area under Kakching and Wabagai ACs on Tuesday.
He also inspected the mass Covid-19 testing conducted at Pallel Junior High School by Kakching District Covid Testing Team.
