16th Printpack India Promotional Meet held

The 16th Printpack India Promotional Meet jointly organised by Indian Printing, Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers' Association (IPAMA) New Delhi, and All Manipur Printing Technologists' Association (AMPTA) was held at Manipur Press Club here on Sunday.
MAHUD minister Yumnam Khemchand and AMPTA president Yumkhaibam Samarendra attended the meet as chief guest and president respectively while trade, Commerce and industries joint secretary Dr Polem Lenin, IPAMA executive secretary Prashant Vats, and AMPTA advisor Senjam Surjit were the guests of honour.
In his address, minister Khemchand underscored the importance of sincerity in every profession in order to bring the true essence of development.

Recalling a personal experience on sincerity, he said during his brief stay in Singapore enroute to Seoul, South Korea, a taxi driver refunded 2 dollar out of the 15 charged as fare for inadvertently taking him through a longer route.
AMPTA vice-president Ningombam Imo said that IPAMA would be holding its 16th Printpack India Exhibition from February 1 to 5 in Noida, where major manufacturers would be showcasing latest equipment.
The promotional meet is part of the series of pre cursor events for the Noida exhibition, organised in all states of the country.
This is the first ever promotional meet held in Manipur, he added.
