Imphal, October 31 2026: The MSPDCL and MSPCL have announced planned power shutdowns on November 1 and 2 for maintenance works.

The 11 KV Langol Feeder from Iroisemba Substation will remain shut on November 1 from 9 AM to 3:30 PM for stringing of covered conductor.

Consumers of Ramgailong, Shija Hospital, NIT Imphal, Langol Lamkhai, Langol Ningthou, Lamthungching, Langol Type-II & III and Langol Lairembi will be affected.

The Kakwa Substation will also be shut on November 1 from 8 AM to 3 PM for repairing and maintenance of 11 KV CR Panel.

All feeders under Singjamei and Kakwa will be affected during the period.

Further, the 33/11 KV Substation, New Civil Secretariat will remain shut on November 2 from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM for installation of metering points.

All areas serviced by 11 KV New Civil Secretariat Feeder will be affected.
