CPI Thoubal Local Council holds 37th Local Conference

Thoubal, March 03 2025: The 37th local conference of CPI Thoubal Local Council was held today at the residence of Ak Deben located at Thoubal Wangmataba Leikai.

Deliberation on organisation and political report and election of new members of the Local Council were the main highlights of the conference.

The conference was attended by CPI, National Control Commissioner member, Dr M Nara, Manipur State Council CPI, State councillor, W Lukhoi, secretary, L Thoiren, former secretary, L Sotinkumar, CPI Thoubal, district secretary, L Khelen and All Manipur Nupi Marup, secretary, L Sumatibala as presidium members.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr M Nara said that a healthy society cannot be brought about without revolutionary theory.

Stating that "Marxism" is a revolutionary theory, Dr M Nara pointed out that the Communist Party is a party which is different from other political parties.
