AR organises inter-school competition in Chandel

Imphal, April 27 2025: Assam Rifles in its continued efforts to promote academic excellence and sportsmanship among school children, organised an InterSchool Volleyball and Quiz competitions at Sehlon villageon April 25, 2025 .

According to a release issued by the IGAR (South), the initiative aimed at providing a platform for students to showcase their knowledge, skills, and talents.

The competition conducted for both Girls & Boys witnessed a participation from 200 students from various schools from Sehlon and surrounding villages, including Kovang, Aiboljoupi, Wayang, Old Samtal and Tuitang.

The students demonstrated their physical agility, teamwork and knowledge, competing enthusiastically to emerge as winners.

Senior officials from Assam Rifles felicitated the winners and motivated the students to strive for excellence.

The event reflects AR's' commitment to community development and youth empowerment through constructive and knowledge driven engagements.
