Civic Action Programme continues

Bishnupur, January 21 2022:
As part of the Civic Action Programme, 32 Bn CRPF on Friday provided sports items and tracksuits to eight selected villages of Churachandpur and Bishnupur districts at its Headquarters in Loktak Project.
H Ranjit Singh, Commandant 32 Bn CRPF handed over the items to youth representatives of Kumbi, Nongmaikhong, Lamdan, Bungmol, Lower Kom Keiram, Phaikholum, Khengjang and Tokpa Kabui Khul.
Speaking on the occasion, Ranjit Singh stated that the Civic Action Programme was carried out to connect with the marginalized section of the society and bridge the gap between the locals and security forces.

He mentioned that the CRPF has stood with the residents of Manipur to bring forth a peaceful and prosperous society while assuring to carry out similar programmes in the future.
The villagers expressed their gratitude to the CRPF for its initiative.
The programme was attended by Ritesh Thakur, 2-ic of 32 Bn CRPF; J S Chauhan, 2-ic; officers, Kumbi Municipal Councilors along with leaders of Nongmaikhong and Ithai.
