ACOAM-Lup celebrates foundation day

Imphal, July 02 2021: ACOAM-Lup Kangleipak celebrated its 21st foundation anniversary on Friday in a simple ceremony attended by few people and held with strict adherence to SOPs.

As part of the celebration, a team of the Lup led by president Sanjit Soraisham visited Yaibilen children home at Keibi and old age home at Nambol Oinam and donated edible items for the inmates.

According to Sanjit, the Lup is facing immense difficulty in carrying works it intended to do for the welfare of the people due to COVID-19 pandemic.

He appealed to people to strictly follow government issued guidelines and shoulder responsibility in the effort for uprooting COVID-19 from the land.

He also wished people of the state peace, harmony and prosperity on the occasion of its foundation anniversary.
