Special Camping Programme begins

Imphal, April 27 2025: A 7-Day Special Camping Programme organised by NSS Units of TG Higher Secondary School began on Saturday.

The inaugural function was graced by Dr Th Bimol Singh, NSS District Coordinator, Imphal West; Dr Vinita Elangbam, Principal, TG Hr Sec School and N Femina, Vice Principal, TG Hr Sec School as presidium members.

Altogether, 150 volunteers are participating in the programme which will conclude on May 2, 2025 .

During the 7-day programme, resource persons will be speaking on various topics such as cleanliness, female hygiene, yoga, single use plastic waste, culture, sports, bank literacy, etc.

A team from Imphal West Police Station will also educate the participants on cyber crime.
