Kh Chonjon, H Premkrishna condoled

Imphal, February 19 2025: The officials and staff of Manipur Human Rights Commission (MHRC) have expressed profound sorrow and condolence over the demise of Kh Chonjon, former Member of MHRC.

Kh Chonjon breathed his last on February 7, 2025 .

In a condolence message, MHRC Member Kangjam Khagendra Singh prayed for the repose of his soul and also remembered Late Kh Chonjon's valuable contribution to the development and strengthening of MHRC.

The demise of such a great leader is indeed a great loss to the entire Manipur Society, it added.

The officials and staff of MHRC also extended sincere condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.

Meanwhile, the All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) held a condolence meeting at its premises in Cheirap Court Complex, Imphal on Wednesday to mourn the sudden demise of Advocate Heikham Premkrishna Singh who passed away on February 17, 2025.The condolence meeting was presided over by Puyam Tomcha Meetei, president, AMBA.

During the meeting, members of AMBA observed two minutes of silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.

The gathering also shared the grief of the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace in the heavenly abode.
