AR conducts awareness lecture on Government schemes

Bishnupur, January 05 2025: The Assam Rifles on January 4, 2025 organized an awareness lecture for the youth at Nambol, Bishnupur district, to inform them about various State and Central Government welfare schemes.

The lecture covered key areas such as education, health, employment, skill development, and rural development, with a focus on initiatives for economically weaker sections, said a statement issued by the IGAR (South) .

The event saw participation from 35 villagers, who engaged in an interactive session, clarifying doubts and understanding the benefits of these policies.

Assam Rifles reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the region and contributing to the socio-economic upliftment of the local communities, ensuring that welfare schemes reach their intended beneficiaries.

The session concluded with a motivational video showcasing the forces' efforts for societal betterment, added the IGAR (South) .
