Motivational session, debate and poster making competition organised on World Students' Day

CCPur/Imphal, October 15 2024: To engage and inspire young boys and girls, on the occasion of the World Students' Day, Spear Corps of Indian Army, organized a motivational session and debate competition for students of Living Water High School, Zalenphai village in Churachandpur district and St Francis School, Nongdam Tangkhul in Imphal East district on October 15.Attended by over 120 students, the interaction instilled the values of service and dedication towards the Nation.

The event was organized to pay tribute to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, honoring his contributions in the field of education, science and development of the country.

A motivational video on joining Indian Army was screened to inspire the students.

A medical checkup was held for students and staff, ensuring their health and well-being.

As part of the event, poster making competitions were organized to enable students to showcase their creativity.

Joyous and fun-filled games were also conducted.

A debate competition was organised deliberating contribution of the students in growth of the nation.

The event focused on students from Class IX to XII.

It may be mentioned that, World Student's Day is commemorated on October 15 every year celebrating the birth anniversary of former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.
